To assemble the injector together, it is simple. You need another injector, dismantle it and see how the parts are put together.
However, if you accomplish this task, the injector will not work. You will need to recharge the hydraulic amplifier (see details here: http://www.dieseldb.info/refilling-calibrating-bosch-piezo-injectors/), then to make sure the injector works properly, you will need to test on a specialized test bench (Bosch or other producers).
If interested, we can recondition the injector for you. Also, we can recondition only the nozzles and valves.
