California garage has the necessary equipment and a strictly clean room to test / repair /
remanufacture common rail injectors and common rail pumps according to industry standards and
test plans. Our test equipment is capable of operating at pressures of 2000bar and accuracies of
+/- 0.1mm3/stroke which therefore makes us able to test the latest Bosch common rail 3rd
generation piezo-electric injectors operating under Bosch EDC17.

We can test all types of common rail injectors including:
Common Rail Diesel Specialists
Bosch – 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation and commercial CRIN injectors
Siemens/Continental – all range of piezo injectors
Denso – X2, G2, piezo injectors
Delphi – 1st and 2nd generation injectors
We can also test / clean petrol injectors including GDI injectors.
